Ecommerce Fulfilment and Returns

At Holistic Logistics, we have identified a requirement by smaller to medium size companies that would struggle to access third party logistics and fulfilment services of this type because their volumes are too small to be of interest to the large multi-national fulfilment, logistics and distribution companies.

Holistic Logistics are currently acting as the UK returns, distribution centre for several household and industry brand names, ranging from clothing and accessories, PPE, electricals and IT and are smoothly turning around 100,s of items per week. 

In tandem with our technical department, we operate the UK Demonstration Program for a major European communications company. This involves us sending out demonstration units to the customer, arranging collection at the end of the demonstration period and on return, operationally checking, resetting, updating firmware and software in preparation to send out to the next customer. We also arrange collection of any obsolete equipment for which we then arrange fully compliant licenced WEEE disposal and recycling.
