Working Status and Conditions

This position is offered on a contract per job basis and a fee is agreed for each individual job. You will be working as self-employed and will not be an employee or a worker for Holistic Logistics (MK) Ltd. You are responsible for your own tax, N.I. contributions, holiday and sickness pay arrangements and  for paying any persons you employ and any tolls, fines or parking penalties (unless previously agreed). You are not tied to work solely or mainly for Holistic Logistics (MK) Ltd. You will be required to adhere to Holistic Logistics' quality standards, anti-racism, anti-discrimination, privacy and modern-day slavery policies.

Important Notice

The rewards from becoming a self-employed courier can be substantial; however, the initial costs such as buying or leasing a vehicle, ongoing expenses and fuel can be considerable. We strongly recommend you take professional advice before making any financial commitments.
